Does anyone have any info. on Oklahoma state law regarding a landlord’s rights and about eviction notices?
Me and my mother have been living in a house for about 3 years and have not been late on one rent payment. I found out just yesterday, from a real estate agent, that my landlord has had our house on the market for 2 weeks. The agent also told me that there is some people that want to make an appointment to see the house. Do we absolutely HAVE to let these people into our home? And furhtermore, our landlord has said before that if he ever comes by and we’re not home, he’ll just let himself in. Is this even LEGAL??? I don’t see where this can be done legally. If anyone can give me a link to a site that has legal advice regarding this for the state of OKLAHOMA, please do so. Please no OPINIONS, I want FACT and PROOF.

real estate laws in Oklahoma. Even the lawyer does not care that not one document on this property is on the up and up. My 30′ easement is 17′3", the house is a dump, the property will never be mine, the plat is a lie, the appraisal is a lie, the house inspector could not have inspected thi s house. The north wall is collapsing and the floor is slitting from one end of the house to another. The sales contract was not adhered to and the disclosure document was full of obvious lies and it goes on. The house will never be a good house and the property will never be mine nor have adequate access. Help and yes I filed with the Real Estate Commission and an attorney

Can I cancel the buy house contract?

I’m buying a house, and everything is under contract, I’ve down $2000 for the contract cancelation.
After termite inspection, it come with a report that this house is damaged badly because of termite. Can I cancel the buy house contract and get my down money ($2000)?
