We were scheduled to close yesterday (8-16) and have not yet closed on the house. We have a gov. loan and it is taking longer than expected to get the funds. We are concerned that the agent will pull the contract. We live in Alabama and I can’t find any information on real estate laws in Alabama. Can someone please help!?!?!
We do have an agent. I tried calling her 3 times last week and she didn’t return our calls. I am calling her again in the morning or going to her office. But, you didn’t exactly answer the question?
Out agent is also the owner of the home.
Her father is the broker.
