It has been brought to my attention by a friend that a real estate website has pictures of the inside and outside of my house published on their website. I have never worked with or even spoken with this certain group, and have no idea where or how they got the pictures. Multiple of the pictures have personal items in them, including personal pictures, certificates, etc and also 2 of them have pictures of my family in them. Is this legal? Can I do anything to get them removed? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

If what you say is true, you have a right to sue. This is Federal law. Texas has nothing to do with it.
You have a right to privacy, per GLB. You also have a claim to disclosure, not given in this case.
Get a lawyer. Sue them into the ground!
