    It might just be simple contracts or it might be better handled by a real estate attoreny. It depends on the nature of the dispute.

    Depends probably want a bull dog civil litigation lawyer over a simple real estate lawyer, but that said there will be just compensation awarded to the person for their part of the title that is for sure one can not take ones property they have title to without just compensation majority of times
