Me and my husband have been sep for over one year, we sold our matrimonial house and now the money is sitting in the real estate lawyers trust fund, it is being held there until there is written agreement between both parties, my husband won’t give a written agreement, I need my money!!! how to get it without hiring a lawyer, please help!!!!

It sure looks like they are collectively running you through a sluice mill by way of a lack of redress. This is not traditionally why one hires a trusted representative in the first place- so fuck ‘em. Remember one thing- the longer they can withdraw a decision and avoid a confrontation while directly billing your last assets the more successful they become- that is the very nature of the legal community.Make no mistake you have hired the ultimate scum.

Oct 08, 09 at 3:11 pmShortest distance between A and B in this case seems to be let the judge handling the dissolution issue an order that the funds be disbursed, or what remains after the community debts are paid. Otherwise, a "show Cause" order may be the way to go, and that is an order which basically says explain your conduct and tell us why you should not be legally sanctioned.
