An agent working for a broker might not get paid from the broker for a week or two. And, it would be the broker who got paid from escrow. They might also drag their feet a bit, since they’re paying money out. If you don’t get something within 30 days, I would start asking questions.

You might have your check wired, mailed or pick it up at the closing office.
