on my home loan? countrywide wont do it because im not late yet with payments, lawyers says he can do it for a fee? ty
mmm thank you but not quite, he helped my buddy out and did all the work himself

    The lawyer is taking your money. Most lenders (including Countrywide) don’t talk to anyone except the actual borrower for loan modifications. The conversation will be between you and Countrywide and no one else.
