I know there is a lot of controversy about whether dual agency should be outlawed. I was curious with the great variety of real estate transaction practices across the country if any state had only dual agency. Actually it could work for non-real estate agents as well, i.e. real estate attorneys.





Are there any states that don’t have both buyer and seller real estate agents, i.e. only dual agency?
