I’ve been living with friends since September but not on the lease in Brooklyn. Landlord is now saying I must leave by Saturday and that they will charge my friends extra for every month I’ve been here. What can I do?

Feb 06, 09 at 3:15 amExactly. Whatever is in the "original lease agreement" is what will stand. The Super is within his or her rights if you are in violation of that agreement. I agree with the lessor if you are at fault.
