Michigan real estate law - informed answerers, please!?

On September 10, 2008 / By Real Estate Law Help / In Michigan-Real-Estate-Law

What exactly is a "common right-of-way" in Michigan law? What rights does it include? How is it established? Can it be revoked by a new property owner? Help please–an elderly lady is about to be caught between "feuding" neighbors!

The public right of way, which consists of streets, alleys, and sidewalk areas, by private contractors, utilities and the general public. This cannot be revoked by a private party.
