In Texas, we don’t.
Since it’s unlikely that a house could be ‘haunted’, I seriously doubt it.
I know from law classes I took that some states require disclosure if a house is haunted. I am not sure what Michigans laws are, but you could find out by going on your states dept of real estates web site.
