    check with IL Dept of Commerce - most states you only have to be at least 18 (able to sign a legal contract) and have a full FBI, state and local background check come back clean (plus of course take the training) you sure you want to get into this buiness now though - it’s a tough market and we’ve lost alot of realtors, appraisers, title and loan officers - it’s lean pickings out here :) good luck
