Georgia Real Estate Law Question
Hello I bought a condo about 2 months ago, they are now talking about closing the community pool, can they do this and if so can I take them to court to get the loss of values that will be assessed. I have talk to an agent and they said it would drop my value by around $15,000.00 Thanks for your help.
