Feb 01, 09 at 3:27 amthey can if the seller has already told the agent that under no certain terms i want X. For example, if the seller says I have to have 20% down and the balance in 60 days max. If you offered 10% down and the balance in 60 days the agent can refuse the offer.

Feb 06, 09 at 9:13 pmI’m not sure about Georgia. But, I’m a Realtor in SC and ALL offers must be brought to the seller. It doesn’t matter if they told the agent the need a certain amount. It still has to be put in front of them.
